Pancake Mix Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Add pancake mix, water, and Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl. Form into a ball.

  3. Knead into itself a couple of times. Form back into a ball.

  4. Cut in half (skip this if you just want 1 big pizza).

  5. Roll out thinly with a rolling pin and fold over a "crust" on the sides.

  6. Add onto pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.

  7. Place into oven for about 25-30 minutes.

  8. Enjoy!
