Preheat oven to 400F.
Add pancake mix, water, and Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl. Form into a ball.
Knead into itself a couple of times. Form back into a ball.
Cut in half (skip this if you just want 1 big pizza).
Roll out thinly with a rolling pin and fold over a "crust" on the sides.
Add onto pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Place into oven for about 25-30 minutes.
