Mix well together by hand.
Put mixture into a piping bag and prepare your pastry.
Buy good quality puff pastry, I use an Aussie brand @caremepastry which comes in a roll.
Dust the surface with flour to stop sticking then pipe a thick sausage onto the length of the Pastry.
Mix the leftover egg whites with a little milk and use to wet the edges before rolling.
I find it easier to cut with scissors and cut each of mine into 4.
Place on a baking tray, make three wee cuts in the top of each then brush with the egg white/milk mixture, and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180c fan forced for 30-40 minutes till golden brown.
Leave to cool on a wire rack a little before serving.
