Protein Pancake Bowl (no Protein Powder!)
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour the batter into a small greased baking dish. Optionally mix in berries etc.

  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top and cooked through.

  4. Add your favorite toppings or syrup and enjoy!
