Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x13 inch baking dish with non stick spray.

  2. Spread the rotisserie chicken in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.

  3. Top with diced ham.

  4. In a small saucepan melt 3 tablespoons of butter, add in flour and whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes until smooth and there are no clumps.

  5. Add milk slowly while continuing to whisk.

  6. Stir in mustard, garlic powder, and salt. Continue to whisk as it simmers for about 5 minutes or until thickened.

  7. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in shredded cheeses. Stir until melted, then pour cheese sauce over the chicken and ham.

  8. Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with bread crumbs in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

  9. Bake, uncovered for 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling. Allow the casserole to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
