Chimichurri Wing Sauce
  1. Process 1⅓ cups parsley leaves, ⅔ cup cilantro leaves, ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 6 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon capers, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes in blender until finely pureed, about 30 seconds, scraping down sides of blender jar as needed.

  2. Toss wings with sauce in large bowl.

  3. Serve.
