Banana White Chocolate Ganache
  1. Heat the heavy cream until hot, but do not boil.

  2. Pour the cream over the white chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.

  3. Stir until smooth and fully emulsified.

  4. Add the softened butter and banana paste.

  5. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and glossy.

  6. Cover with plastic wrap touching the surface and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours, preferably overnight, until set.
