Copycat Pickle De Gallo
  1. In a large bowl, combine bell pepper, jalapeño, garlic, pickles, pickle brine, onion, dill, and lime juice; season with salt.

  2. Cover bowl and refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.

  3. Serve with tortilla chips alongside.

  4. Make Ahead: Pickle de gallo can be made 5 days ahead. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
