Peeled and dice your apples.
Place in a saucepan with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix to coat.
Let simmer on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
Take out heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
Once cooled, unfold your puff pastry and cut each sheet in four squares on a lightly floured surface.
Make your egg wash, brush around edges.
Add apple filling the middle of each pastry.
Fold into a triangle.
Using a fork seal the edges.
Brush turnovers with the rest of your egg wash.
Bake at 400F for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for a little bit while making your drizzle.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk to a bowl and mix until combined.
Drizzle icing/drizzle on top of turnovers.
