Heat 0.5 tbsp Olive oil and cook 0.5 Onion and 2 Garlic clove until softened.
Add 250 g Passata, 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar2 tbsp Fresh basil and 1 tsp Dried oregano.
Season with 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir through cooked spaghetti.
