Blend 1 can chickpeas (drained & rinsed), ½ c nut butter, 2 tsp of vanilla, 6 soaked medjool dates (or ¼ c maple syrup), ⅓ c flour, ½ tsp baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon, splashes of milk if needed to blend, chocolate chips or raisins
Bake at 350F for 12-15 min
