Bring a pot of water to the boil and set up your steamer
Steam the Mr Chen's Har Gow straight from frozen for 6–8 minutes, or boil as per the instructions on the packet, until glossy, bouncy and cooked through, then keep warm
Combine the spring onion, coriander, garlic, ginger, peanuts and sesame seeds in a bowl
Add the sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, Mr Chen's Extra Hot Chilli & Peanut Oil and sesame oil to the bowl
Mix until glossy and chunky, then taste and adjust if needed
Transfer the cooked dumplings to a serving bowl and spoon over a generous amount of the chunky dumpling salsa, or dunk straight in while they're steaming and juicy
