Ultimate Homemade Granola
  1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius.

  2. Roughly chop the almonds.

  3. Transfer the almonds to a bowl together with the coconut chips.

  4. Add in the cinnamon and mix well.

  5. Pour over the egg white, coconut oil and honey and stir everything together until it’s all well coated.

  6. Spread the granola on a large baking tray covered with baking paper.

  7. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.

  8. Stir halfway through.

  9. Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool down completely.

  10. Store it in an airtight jar for a couple of weeks.
