  1. Pat dry chicken. Cut into small cubes and place in Ninja blender.

  2. Pulse Ninja blender about 10 times. Until no chunks

  3. Empty chicken into bowl. Add mustard, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to bowl. Mix in spices

  4. Make around ¼-⅓rd lb chicken balls. Roll balls into bread crumbs

  5. Roll chicken balls into Franks Red Hot Sauce. Skip if you don’t want it to be spicy

  6. Press chicken balls into patties and place in air fryer

  7. Air fry at 390 degrees for 18 minutes. Flipping around 8 mins left.

  8. Assemble the sandwiches with the chicken patty, lettuce, and light mayo on the low calorie buns. Add any additional toppings.
