Start by heating a pot on low- medium heat and add 1-2 sprays of cooking spray
Once pan is heated add minced garlic & minced green chili and let it cook for 3-4 mins on low heat
Then add 1 can of Enchilada Sauce & 1 ¼ cup of water and stir well, let it heat for 7-10 mins
Next add heavy cream & stir well
Then go in with Mexican cheese & stir well
Once cheese has melted add green onions
Next add seasonings: black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste
Leave on stove on low heat and stir occasionally until ready to use
