In a bowl, whisk the ground cinnamon into the warm water. Let it steep for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight.
Carefully strain the mixture through a coffee filter or fine sieve into a spray bottle to remove the sediment.
Add the ½ teaspoon of rubbing alcohol and the ½ teaspoon of soap to the spray bottle.
Shake gently to combine. Shake before each use.
