Add 16 ounces of crispy crowns, tater tots or hash browns to a 9 by 13 baking dish and cover the bottom evenly
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
Fully cook 16 ounces of bacon in a pan, then remove and set aside
In the same pan, break up and brown 1 pound of breakfast sausage
Add 0.5 tablespoon black pepper and 0.5 tablespoon southern seasoning to the sausage
Sprinkle in 0.25 cup all purpose flour and stir, cooking for a few minutes to remove raw flour taste
Add 1.5 cups whole milk while stirring continuously until thickened
Remove from heat when thickened
In a separate pan, scramble 8 eggs until just cooked through
Spread scrambled eggs over the browned potatoes in the baking dish
Add cooked bacon and sausage gravy to the baking dish
Sprinkle 8 ounces of freshly shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture
Top with 1 8-ounce can of crescent rolls, spreading evenly and sealing around the edges
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown
