Breakfast Pot Pie
  1. Add 16 ounces of crispy crowns, tater tots or hash browns to a 9 by 13 baking dish and cover the bottom evenly

  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes

  3. Fully cook 16 ounces of bacon in a pan, then remove and set aside

  4. In the same pan, break up and brown 1 pound of breakfast sausage

  5. Add 0.5 tablespoon black pepper and 0.5 tablespoon southern seasoning to the sausage

  6. Sprinkle in 0.25 cup all purpose flour and stir, cooking for a few minutes to remove raw flour taste

  7. Add 1.5 cups whole milk while stirring continuously until thickened

  8. Remove from heat when thickened

  9. In a separate pan, scramble 8 eggs until just cooked through

  10. Spread scrambled eggs over the browned potatoes in the baking dish

  11. Add cooked bacon and sausage gravy to the baking dish

  12. Sprinkle 8 ounces of freshly shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture

  13. Top with 1 8-ounce can of crescent rolls, spreading evenly and sealing around the edges

  14. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown
