Preheat oven to 350F.
Dump cake mix, eggs and melted butter into a large mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer until no lumps remain.
Add the milk chocolate chips to the mixing bowl. Use a rubber spatula to stir the chips into the cake batter.
Dump the cake batter into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
Spoon the marshmallow fluff over the cake butter in globs.
Spoon the Nutella over the cake batter in globs.
Place the pan in the oven and bake until the cake is golden brown on top. 23-25 minutes.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
