Wash the instant pot, whisk, and tbsp measuring spoon; make sure it's clean
Pour the milk into the pot
Whisk the yogurt into the milk
Cover pot with a lid (glass lid, or Instant Pot lid without the silicone band).
Press "yogurt" button, normal pressure, for 8 hours. Instant pot will count up to 8 hr mark, beep, and display "yogt" when done. (You can pour into other containers at this point, or wait and scoop when it's done.)
Remove lid and insert. Cover pot with paper towel and glass lid. Refrigerate overnight, or at least 4-6 hours. Do not stir until it's fully chilled.
