Hashbrown Casserole
  1. Turn the stove on medium low and cook down your onion with a little bit of olive oil (or butter if you have no olive oil).

  2. Cook them down then add your bag of frozen hashbrowns, 2 cans of cream of chicken, and a handful of the cheese and mix together.

  3. Put in the oven, covered, at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for ~40 minutes.

  4. Take it out & add the rest of the cheese on top and cut up the biscuits into smaller pieces and put them on the top.

  5. Bake uncovered for 10-15 more minutes (until everything is melted and biscuits are cooked how you like).

  6. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving so it thickens up a little bit.
