Add 2 cups of flour to a bowl or blender
Add a spoonful of salt and optional spoonful of sugar
Add ¾ cup cold butter and mix until lumpy
Gradually add 4-5 spoonfuls of cold water, mixing between additions until dough forms
Ensure dough is not too wet or sticky
Place dough in freezer for 1 hour
Prepare fillings by ensuring all ingredients are pre-cooked
Flour work surface and roll out dough as thin as possible into rectangles
Fill dough with pre-cooked filling
Seal edges by pressing with a fork
Oil baking pan
Lightly oil tops of hot pockets and add desired seasonings
Bake at 425°F for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown
