Homemade Hot Pockets
  1. Add 2 cups of flour to a bowl or blender

  2. Add a spoonful of salt and optional spoonful of sugar

  3. Add ¾ cup cold butter and mix until lumpy

  4. Gradually add 4-5 spoonfuls of cold water, mixing between additions until dough forms

  5. Ensure dough is not too wet or sticky

  6. Place dough in freezer for 1 hour

  7. Prepare fillings by ensuring all ingredients are pre-cooked

  8. Flour work surface and roll out dough as thin as possible into rectangles

  9. Fill dough with pre-cooked filling

  10. Seal edges by pressing with a fork

  11. Oil baking pan

  12. Lightly oil tops of hot pockets and add desired seasonings

  13. Bake at 425°F for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown
