Heat up stainless steel pan over medium high heat.
Add in about 2 TBSP vegetable oil and heat for about 1 minute.
Place half the meat in the pan and sprinkle with ½ packet of au jus dry mix.
Brown for 2 minutes on each side.
Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining beef.
Deglaze the pan with 2 tbsp of water.
Add in sliced peppers and onions.Season with salt and pepper.
Saute for 4-5 minutes.
Once pepper and onions are tender add back in beef and heat up just for a minute or two.
Place a good helping on top of each naan and top with a slice of provolone cheese.
Microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted.
*You can do all of them at once in a preheat 400 degree oven for about 5 minutes.
