Christmas Kimchi Stuffing
  1. Handtear around 400g of stale bread and bake in the oven on 180 degrees until golden

  2. Dice 1 white onion and sautee in olive oil with around 250g of kimchi until the onion is translucent

  3. Make a kelp broth by boiling around 350ml of water with 4 pieces of kelp for 15 min

  4. Mix the breadcrumbs with parsley, thyme, sage, kimchi mix, and broth

  5. Put it into a butterlined baking dish and cover with foil

  6. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes
