Cottage Cheese Pizza
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375F (or 400F if your oven runs slow)

  2. In a large bowl, mix together cottage cheese, eggs, flour and Italian seasoning until combined

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and spread into a circle

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges start to brown

  6. Remove from oven and add toppings: marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni

  7. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is melty

  8. Remove from oven, let cool, drizzle with hot honey, cut and serve
