Beer Biscuits (biscoitos Cerveja)
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper

  3. In a large bowl, first add the flour. Create a well in the center and add the softened butter and the beer.

  4. Using your hands, knead together until the dough comes together and forms a ball and doesn’t stick to your hands.

  5. Pull off small pieces of dough. Then begin rolling the dough in your hands to form a long rope, rolling and twisting them in to shape.

  6. Next, roll them in a plate of sugar and place them onto a greased tray, baking for 30 minutes.

  7. The perfect size will end up making about 24 per batch. Enjoy!!
