Chocolate Strawberry Parfaits
  1. Add your strawberries & white sugar to a bowls and give them a toss. Set aside while you prep the rest.

  2. Cut your chocolate into smaller pieces. Add it to a bowl with espresso, pinch salt, cinnamon, and ½ c heavy cream.

  3. Microwave in 10 second increments stirring in between until you have a nice smooth chocolate sauce.

  4. Chill another large bowl (metal or glass) while your chocolate comes to room temp.

  5. Add the rest of your heavy cream to your chilled bowl along with the powdered sugar, pinch of salt, and vanilla.

  6. Beat with a hand/stand mixer on low till you have stiff peaks. Don’t over beat or it will get grainy.

  7. Pour your chocolate into your whipped cream, and carefully fold everything together until you see no more streaks.

  8. In some nice rocks glasses add a layer or strawberries, mousse, and Oreos (if adding them in). Repeat until glass is full last layer should be mousse.

  9. Garnish with some sprinkles or more Oreos. Tightly cover with cling wrap and let them chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  10. Serve to your valentines & enjoy babe!
