Marinate Salmon: Mix all marinade ingredients. Coat salmon and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Prepare Rice: Rinse rice; add to rice cooker with water.
Layer Ingredients: Place edamame and mushrooms over rice. Top with marinated salmon and butter. Pour in any remaining marinade sauce.
Cook: Set rice cooker to cook. Once done, let it rest for 10 minutes.
Serve: Fluff rice, place salmon on plates, garnish as desired.
