Roasted Brussels Sprouts And Pears Recipe
  1. Preheat the oven to 375º. Meanwhile, brown the Simple Truth® Uncured Hardwood Smoked Bacon in a pan until crispy.

  2. Slice the Simple Truth Organic® Bagged Fresh Brussels Sprouts. Add them to a large bowl. Add 2 Tbsp of the bacon grease to the brussel sprouts and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Add the brussels sprouts to a parchment lined baking sheet, making sure to space them out evenly to avoid overlapping

  4. Roast the brussels sprouts for about 15-20 minutes or until they are tender.

  5. Pull the brussels sprouts, add the chopped pear, Simple Truth® Pecan Halves and diced bacon. Drizzle the mix generously with Simple Truth Organic™ Grade A Amber Color Maple Syrup.

  6. Pop back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until everything is bubbling and warm.

  7. Serve warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
