Oven-charred Pork
  1. Preheat oven to 500F.

  2. Add pork, onion, and garlic to a pan.

  3. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.

  4. Add vinegar.

  5. Add enough barbecue sauce to coat.

  6. Char the mixture.

  7. Stir.

  8. Char again.

  9. Stir again.

  10. Cover the pan.

  11. Reduce heat to 400F.

  12. Cover and cook for 45 minutes to one hour.
