Chow Mein Recipe
  1. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water until chewy and cooked. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, cabbage, salt, pepper, ginger together until tender.

  3. Toss together with cooked noodles, sugar, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until heated through.

  4. Serve hot.

Note: use Blue Dragon Cantonese noodles
