Mix graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and butter. Press into a 9x9 baking dish. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Beat the butter and cream cheese until combined.
Add the confectioners sugar and jello and continue beating.
Stir in the lemon juice, zest and vanilla.
Spread over top of the crust.
Mix the cool whip with the strawberries and spread over the cream cheese layer.
Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until crumbled.
Add the jello and butter and continue pulsing until just combined.
Top with crumble topping.
