Dry Mix Ingredients (layer in this order):
1 ½ cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup light brown sugar (packed)
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (use gluten-free certified)
½ cup chopped almonds (toasted for best flavor, optional)
👉 Tip: Tap down each layer gently and wipe the inside of the jar with a clean towel for clean lines.
🥣 Wet Ingredients to Add Later:
½ cup unsalted butter (softened or melted)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
👩🍳 Baking Instructions (include on tag):
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, beat together ½ cup butter, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Add contents of jar and stir until combined.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake 10–12 minutes until golden on edges. Cool on sheet 5 minutes before transferring.
