Boil fingerling or baby potatoes until fork tender
Toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper
Place potatoes on an oiled sheet pan
Smash the potatoes down
Roast in oven at 400°F for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and flip potatoes over
Add butter and garlic to the potatoes
Return to oven and roast for another 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy
