  1. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen completely.

  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.

  4. Dip the frozen pops into the chocolate and place on a parchment lined plate.

  5. Return to the freezer until the chocolate sets, about 45 mibutes.

  6. Enjoy!
