Ingredients
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6-8 hours or until frozen completely.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
Dip the frozen pops into the chocolate and place on a parchment lined plate.
Return to the freezer until the chocolate sets, about 45 mibutes.
