Chili Garlic Chicken Bites
  1. Firstly, wash and cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

  2. In a mixer grinder, add onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.

  3. Add little water to make smooth dry paste.

  4. In a mixing bowl, add the paste along with rest of the ingredients mentioned under 'For Marination'.

  5. Add the chicken pieces to this.

  6. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  7. In another mixing bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned 'For coating'.

  8. Make this a dry mix.

  9. Do not add any water to make batter out of it.

  10. Now, heat oil in a deep frying pan.

  11. When it's hot, reduce the flame to medium.

  12. With the help of a fork or tong dip each chicken piece in the dry mix and drop slowly in oil.

  13. Once cooked well, drain them on absorbent kitchen paper.

  14. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice!
