Preheat oven to 400
Season ground chicken breast with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
Heat cooking oil and sauté garlic cloves
Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted
Squeeze lemon juice over the spinach
Mix cooked spinach with low fat cottage cheese and salt
Combine the seasoned ground chicken with the spinach and cheese filling
Top with grated parmigiano reggiano
Cook until chicken is fully cooked through, approx 20 minutes
