Chop the peppers and onions into thick cuts.
Fry the peppers and onions in a frying pan.
Fry the beef in the pan until browned.
Add beef stock, beef and black bean sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the pan.
Mix in the onions and peppers, and simmer for a while.
Thicken the sauce with corn starch.
