5 Minute Chocolate Cheesecake
  1. Mix the quark/yoghurt, custard powder, egg, and sweetener together

  2. Microwave the mixture for 5 minutes at 450W (or bake for 25 minutes at 175°C in oven)

  3. Mix the melted dark chocolate with cacao powder and a splash of hot water

  4. Drizzle the chocolate topping over the cheesecake

  5. Leave to set and serve
