Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry onions until brown - about 8-10 minutes - and remove
Mix egg, sesame & soy, heat ½ tbsp oil in wok & cook egg mix until puffy & flip
Cut into small bits & set aside
Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and add meat/s, veg & cooked onion. Stir fry for 2 mins
Add rice, spring onion, mung beans, and cabbage. Stir fry 3-4 minutes
Add light soy and egg, stir fry for further 2 mins
Season with salt & pepper to taste
Serve
