High protein cheesy everything bagel ‘bread’
  1. Squeeze the moisture out of your cottage cheese.

  2. Mix it with your mozzarella and shape into sticks on parchment paper. Top with everything bagel seasoning.

  3. Air fry @ 400F for 10 mins (or bake for 20) until golden brown and enjoy!

  4. Pro tip: They do melt and flatten a bit while cooking, so be sure to separate them when you take them out.
