Combine the bread flour, instant yeast, salty flavors, sugar, and 300ml warm water.
Knead for 10 minutes until you have a smooth, tight ball.
Optional: Oil a bowl and add the dough, cover with a tea towel and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (1-2 hours).
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and either roll into balls and make a hole through or make a sausage and pinch together around your knuckles, then place on a baking dish lined with baking paper for 30 minutes.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a big handful of sugar or honey or maple syrup with some salty flavors, and cook the bagels 1-2 minutes per side.
Place the boiled bagels back on the baking dish, brush with an egg wash, and top with your favorite everything seasoning and extra black sesame seeds.
Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 25-35 minutes.
