Turkish Pasta
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté diced yellow onion until softened

  2. Add curry powder, paprika, and cumin to the onion and cook for 1 minute

  3. Add ground lamb and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks

  4. Stir in tomato paste and season with salt and pepper to taste

  5. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic cloves, pinch of salt, and lemon juice to make garlic yogurt

  6. In another bowl, melt butter and mix with paprika and a pinch of salt to make paprika butter

  7. Toss cooked pasta with the meat sauce

  8. Top pasta with garlic yogurt, paprika butter, sliced cherry tomatoes, feta cheese crumbles, and chopped parsley
