Chocolate Date Shake
  1. If your dates are firm, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes to soften

  2. Add the banana, dates, peanut butter, cacao, plant milk and salt to a blender - blitz until thick, smooth and creamy

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away - a satisfying, sweet, and chocolatey treat
