Perfectly Pink Airfryer Roast Beef
  1. Take the beef out of the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Preheat your Airfryer to 210 degrees.

  3. Brush the beef with some olive oil and make a herb rub out of salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme, and rub that on too!

  4. Pop the beef into your Airfryer (I used a liner) for 15 minutes at 210 degrees.

  5. Take it out, flip it, lower the temp to 180 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes for a perfect medium roast beef.

  6. Leave to rest for 20 minutes and then slice up and pour over the Airfryer juices.
