  1. Get your pre-made pie crust ready and set aside.

  2. Combine pudding mix and cocoa powder in a large bowl. Whisk the two ingredients together to remove any lumps.

  3. Add heavy cream to the pudding mix and mix with a hand held mixer {or by hand} for 1 minute.

  4. Pour chocolate filling into prepared pie crust and spread out into an even layer. Top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings.

  5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
