Gamechanger Vegan Cheese Sauce
  1. Add the rolled oats, cornstarch, nutritional yeast, onion powder, and salt to a Vitamix blender.

  2. Add the entire jar of fire roasted red bell peppers including the juice, lemon juice, and liquid smoke.

  3. Add 4 cups of water.

  4. Blend on high speed for 5 minutes until thick and creamy.

  5. Let the cheese sauce cool before using.

  6. Use the cheese sauce as a topping, dip, or in recipes like enchiladas, quesadillas, mac and cheese, and more.
