Squeeze the juice from 3 mandarins for soaking
Mix mascarpone with condensed milk until smooth and creamy
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the mandarin juice and place them in a dish to make the first layer
Spread with mascarpone cream
Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and cream
Top with fresh mandarin slices and rosemary if desired
Refrigerate for a few hours
