Hong Kong Macaroni Soup With Luncheon Meat
  1. Boil a pot of water with 1 tsp of salt

  2. Add 2 cups of macaroni/elbow pasta to the boiling water

  3. Bring the water back to a rolling boil

  4. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes

  5. Heat 4 cups of chicken broth

  6. Add 6 slices of luncheon meat to the broth

  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the broth and luncheon meat

  8. Season with white pepper powder as needed

  9. Garnish with scallions and serve
