Boil a pot of water with 1 tsp of salt
Add 2 cups of macaroni/elbow pasta to the boiling water
Bring the water back to a rolling boil
Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes
Heat 4 cups of chicken broth
Add 6 slices of luncheon meat to the broth
Combine the cooked pasta with the broth and luncheon meat
Season with white pepper powder as needed
Garnish with scallions and serve
