Arrabiata - meaning angry in Italian - is a hot and fiery sauce made with chillies. It is traditionally served with penne pasta in the Campania region of Italy. Add chopped red peppers and chunks of chicken for a truly satisfying feast.
Spray a pan with Fry Light and sauté the chillies, onion and garlic over a low heat for 5 minutes until softened.
Add the passata and stock, bring to the boil, cover and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes until reduced slightly and thickened. Season to taste and serve.
