Simple Potato Kugel
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the S-blade, combine the eggs, oil, seltzer, salt, and pepper.

  3. Once the mixture is combined, pour it into a 9×13-inch pan.

  4. Remove the S-blade and fit the food processor with either the 'C' fine shredding blade or 'E' grating blade (depending on how you like your kugel, shredded or grated).

  5. Shred or grate the potatoes, then add them to the pan and mix well with the egg mixture already in the pan.

  6. Bake uncovered at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another hour.
