Shortbread
  1. Add a pinch of salt to softened unsalted butter

  2. Add powdered sugar and mix

  3. Add the flour and mix until incorporated

  4. Spread the dough into a 17 cm square pan

  5. Mark 16 equal portions

  6. Poke holes in the dough

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 45 minutes

  8. Remove the mold while the dough is hot and cut it with a knife
